Charges are a combination of fixed fees and hourly rates, depending on the work involved. An estimate can be provided before commencing any work. Yes, you would need two vouchers for a couple. There is still a saving for a couple buying two vouchers ($298 vs $345 standard joint Will price). Thanks for your question and interest.
