The rules for EECA funding are quite strict and you must have a Community Services Card. We have other options though - for example we are part of the Auckland City Council Retrofit Your Home programme that lets you pay off insulation or a heat pump via your regular rates payments over up to 9 years. You can learn more about it on our website.

Anastasia, Orewa is fine and if you are eligible for a Community Services Card then that is great. We can't actually install the insulation until you have applied and received the card. I would suggest that you start the ball rolling on that and also book in with us to assess what insulation is required so that once you've got the card we're all set to go.
