Hi there, what is the earliest age that a puppy can come in for it's first groom? We are getting a miniature schnauzer. Thanks

Hi Jackie,
We believe that the earlier your puppy has its first groom the better, as starting off gently and slowly gets them accustomed to what will be a lifetime of grooming salon visits.
Until their immunisation schedule is complete it is not advisable to have them mixing with large groups of other dogs (as there is always a risk). We offer an Introductory Puppy Groom and are happy to open our salon extra early or by appointment to accommodate your puppy. This way we can book around your puppy to ensure there are no other dogs around.
How excited you must be!!!!
Kindest regards,
Marlo

Hi, a spaniel would qualify for our medium dog deal $49. Or check out our services on our website www.studiohound.co.nz for our list of treatments and prices. I'm not sure if you would like your dog trimmed all over (full groom) or perhaps a hygiene groom? Hopefully our service list will be of help. Thanks for your enquiry, Marlo
