Hi Charlotte, we have a 9am appointment on the 30/9 at Kingsland and a 10am at Ponsonby. If you could call us on 0800 400 300, we can make an appointment for you. Rgds the Team at Vivo.

Thanks Rebecca. I would love to book the 10am Ponsonby appointment. I've left a couple of messages on the 0800 number but haven't heard back from anybody yet. Can you confirm this for me or do I need to keep trying to call?

Hi - Im currently using Pureology Colourcare range (shampoo & conditioner) which is apparently sulfate free. Would this be suitable after the treatment? Im not interested in the Goldwell range, so thought Id might check. Thanks!

Hello,
Just wanted to see how much extra it would be to include a new cut?
Also, one of the conditions is that it is for customers who haven't visited in more than six months - I'm pretty sure I haven't been in for a lot longer six months but, is there any way to check if this voucher would still be valid for me?

Hi Alice we can include a cut for $65. I will need your details to see when the last time you visited a Vivo salon. If you are in Auckland and you have been to our Remuera salon for example in the last six months you wouldn't be able to use voucher there but you can use it a one of our other salons. Thanks

Hi Jodi we use the Kerasilk Keratin treatment and if used in conjunction with the shampoo and conditioner will last 3-5 months. Thanks
