Hi Emma, Thanks for your question.
The programme is structured for our members to achieve a physical and learning outcome. To get full gain out of this programme you need to attend 12 scheduled classes. Days and times of those classes are below:
Class 1-4-7-10 attend one of Monday at 5.45am, Monday 5.30pm, Tuesday 6.30pm
Class 2-5-8-11 attend one of Tuesday at 5.4am, Wednesday 5.30pm,Thursday 6.30pm
Class 3-6-9-12 attend one of Saturday 8.30am or 9.30am

Mondays and Wednesday mornings at 5.45am
Monday and Wednesday evenings at 5.30pm
Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6.30pm
Saturdays 8.30am and 9.30am
You will booking in to three of those classes per week

Hi, what is the class duration and is there much running involved or is it mostly strength exercises and short burst cardio? Thanks

Hi Brigid,
The classes are an hour in length including a warm up and cool down. You have it absolutely correct- the classes consist of strength based exercises with short bursts of cardio.

Hi there. I am interested in the deal, however got a few questions:
1.) I am overseas until 23.10.2015, which means i won't be able to physically enrol before the 19/10. Would this be an issues?
2.) Does this deal include full access to the pools for four weeks, regardless from which classes I would participate?
3.) Can I participate at any classes or are only some of the classes part of the voucher?

Hi Alex,
Thanks for your questions. We will be able to accommodate your timing as we run catch up classes at the end of the four weeks. To a degree of course- but you should be fine.
Re pool access, this deal allows you access to the aquatic facilities whilst here. i.e. do a class, then have a swim/spa etc or vis versa. We do have some good prices on concession cards for aquatic access if this was of interest to you.
This is a scheduled programme of both learning and exercise, so you only access the Foundation programme. If you have experience with CrossFit or other forms of functional training, we would recommend you to take up one of our other Functional Fitness memberships.

Hi Emma, Great to have you on board! All you now need to do is visit us in the centre, complete the paper work and we will set you up in our booking app for you to book into our Monday 5.45am class and all other classes.
