Why wasn't it mentioned anywhere that it is a 'preferred' delivery date but it's not set in concrete and you are expected to hang around for 48 hours of the date for the cherries to arrive?

Hi I ordered and didn't see a delivery date, I thought it would come at the end, is there any way I can choose a preferred day now please? Thank you.

Hi. I only want to order the cherries if I can have them delivered on 23 December. It looks like I have to pay for the cherries before I can choose my date of delivery. Is this still available deliveries on the 23rd?

Hi Everyone,
95% of the time the cherries will arrive on your preferred delivery date which you can specify on the order form found at https://www.bigcherries.co.nz/deal. You also use the code you receive from this GrabOne purchase there. Please be sure to also read the terms and conditions. We still have deliveries available on the 23rd

Can I pay extra for rural delivery please, rather than it not being an option at all?

Hi Paula, all customers will receive confirmation of dispatch including track and trace information sent to their email the day before delivery. Delivery is overnight so you can know when to expect your Cherries.

Hi Kate, Rural delivery is only available via our retail store not for this deal sorry. We recommend using an alternative urban address like your local post shop or service station as rural deliveries can experience up to 48 hours delay.

Do you consider Oxford township (7430) to be rural - most couriers don't, Fastway does...

Just checking this out for you now Shaz :)

Hi Shaz
It looks like delivery to Oxford township would be fine but you can check your exact address online. adresscheck.co.nz

Thanks for the response - I had already done that. All couriers EXCEPT Fastway consider us non-rural, but Fastway consider us rural - so if you could confirm whether you use Fastway or would send with another courier, that would be great, thanks.

Hi Shaz
We don't use Fastway couriers so you are good to order.
