Sessions are Monday - Thursday @ 6pm and Saturday @ 4pm.
They are a mixture of (althought not all at once): Technique sessions, pad work, one on one, sparring and fitness.

Whats involved in one on one? How many times are u training one on one with a coach? How hong are these sessions?

The merchant has confirmed that there would be around 8 sessions, duration is 10 - 15 minutes :)

Thank you for your interest. The sessions are roughly an hour long. Each session is a mix between technique, Pad work, footwork, bag work, one on one, sparring and team fitness. The first 2 weeks we have an emphasis on learning the technique as a group and also in pairs. Then we add light sparring for the next week before we increase intensity and add one on one. One on one sessions are technique orientated and involve pad wrok. The one on one sessions are done in the scheduled group sessions and cannot be booked. You train 3 X per week with the trainers. The training days available are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday at 6pm or Saturday 4pm. You are expected to train the same 3 days each week as well as attend our classes (which are built into the cost of the course) or do your own thing to help improve fitness.
