Hi Sally, as long as you do not have a 'ride' in your history, you are considered a new user.

Hello - I'm the same as the above comment. I've had Uber on my phone but have no rides listed. Do I just put the code in the "promo code" section when ordering my uber?

Yes you can have as many people in the car (as it would legally aloud) however only one Uber account will be charged.

I too have an uber account which I got when they did a free ice cream promotion. This appears on my history as a promotion but didn't detail what. Would this make this offer Invalid?

Just double check that you are entering the sub code underneath the big code top right hand side :) Give us a call on 0800 472 2663 if you are still having issues.

Hi, just added code and says i have already used one. I have not ever used Uber though I did download the app months ago in anticipation. What should i do?

Hi Louise, the code would only come up as invalid if you have entered it against that account previously OR if you are not a 'new' Uber user, eg, you have taken an Uber ride. . I would suggest contacting Uber support to see if they can shed any light on it. If you have in fact entered the code before, OR taken a ride, it won't be valid.
