Morning Hao!
Lessons run regularly throughout each day. Once you have collected your equipment, you should proceed to the meeting point, where a Supervisor can advise you of the next available time.
Many thanks

Can my 4 year old daughter join the lesson with my 7 year old son? I see it says that she would get a lift pass and equipment, but just wanted to check on the lesson. And is it ok if the parents stay to help the children with their lesson?

Is this lesson on the snow at all or is it just inside the entire time?

Hi there. Are the lessons indoor classroom type lessons or are they outdoors on the actual snow? What time is the first lesson of the day? Do we have to book a lesson ahead or can we just show up on the day? Thank you.

Hi Pamela
Thanks for your enquiry. The age limit for ski lessons is 5 years old, and for snowboarding is 8 years old. We don't mix lessons as we find that adults and children learn at different rates and children tend to respond better when they are left with our instructors. Children will be grouped with others of a similar age and ability, so they will be in safe hands with our industry-leading qualified instructors.
All lessons are on snow in our sheltered beginner area, Happy Valley.
Hope this helps.
Many thanks

Hi Love Deals
Thanks for your enquiry. Yes all lessons are practical on-snow lessons. The first lesson starts at 10am. There's no need to pre-book, just show up on the day and we will allocate a lesson time - easy!
Cheers

Hi Fiona
Thanks for your enquiry. That is no problem to transfer it to a Next Step lesson. They are essentially the same package, however the lesson is more targeted towards those that have had some on-snow experience.
Many thanks
