I would of thought the Swedish hams were free range as they treat their pigs better there not caged for birthing etc

the NZ hams are standard barn raised pigs
the swedish hams are standard welfare pigs, also barn raised

Would be good to get an answer on the questions charshea, I would also like to know what preparation is needed for the swedish ham, obviously alot of us are considering purchasing them for Xmas.
