Hi Karen, Yes that's correct up to 3 sessions per week for 5 weeks of training.

Is this course suitable for beginners ? As in people who have done no fitness in the lead up to this course?

Hi there, We encourage all fitness levels to participate.
participants should be able to do the basic body weight exercises - e.g Star jumps, push ups, squats, etc and can run 800metres. In saying that we teach these basic body weight and functional fitness movments in the first 2 weeks (conditioning phase), and it is time based so you go at your own pace.

Can you attend papamoa on Monday and Wednesday nights and then at Mt beach on the Saturday morning with this deal, or do u need to keep to the one venue? Thanks

Hey was wondering I go to oz for 10 days at end of august so would miss out on about 5 workouts am I able to make them up in another 5week session?? Thanks

the same trainer! :)

Hi Melissa yes you can make up missed sessions in the following 5 week block and we can amend payment accordingly.
