Who will you wear your daffodil for this Daffodil Day?
Daffodil Day is the Cancer Society’s annual flagship event, a very important cancer awareness campaign in New Zealand and a major fundraiser. Everyday 60 New Zealanders will hear the words “You have cancer”.
1 in 3 New Zealanders are affected by cancer through knowing a family member or friend who has received a cancer diagnosis.
All donations received go towards the Cancer Society’s research into the causes and treatment of all types of cancer, as well as providing a wide range of support services, information, health promotion and education programmes to reduce cancer risk, awareness campaigns and programmes for people affected by cancer.
