hi there! Would these classes be suitable for all fitness levels ? Im just curious as I feel in last few years I've had children and my fitness is definitely not what it used to be ! Thanks!

Yes these will be suitable for all fitness levels, and you will just do the best you can. I'm sure it will get easier the more you go :)
