Kokoda Trevally Sashimi - coconut sriracha sauce, fried shallots, chil, spring onion, cherry tomatoes
Tortelloni - pear, walnut, gorgonzola
Main options:
Line Caught Fish of the Day - cloudy bay clams, roasted witloof, heirloom tomato foam
Lumina Lamb Loin - baby beetroot, broccolini, cannellini puree, mint jus
Rustichella Linguine - pistachio rosemary pesto, semi-dried tomatoes, sourdough lemon crumbs
