This just means that you will have one hour to use the coupon together. You can turn up on different days wanting two 30min sessions for example.
Please make a booking online for a hour session on a day that suits you :)

Has this not yet been activated at their end?

Kath Candy commented over 9 years ago Hi it says children under 4 are not free, does that mean they cannot be included in the 2 for 1 deal or are not free in addition to? I have a 4 & 7 year old brought a few of the passes but wonder if I cannot use???

Sorry for the confusion. Preschoolers are free with a paying adult on the normal rates. However with this special this does not apply, hence the conditions "Preschool aged children, four and under, are NOT free with this offer."
So the answer to your question - yes you can use this Grabone offer for both your 4 and 7 year old.

Kel from Dialled Indoor Tramp Park commented over 9 years ago Please note that when booking with a GrabOne voucher on our booking online system you can only book with one voucher for 2 people at a time.
If you try to book 4 people with 2 vouchers in one booking it will tell you your voucher is invalid or has expired.
