i would like to take my son who's 13 does this mean he's not allowed in the water on a floatation device or is he allowed in if we bring our own and we are there to supervise?

Hey there I read in the conditions that if the name on the ticket doesn’t match your ID you are not able to enter the event ...
but my name is on all of them cause I baught them all as one, and need to sell two tickets , but they have my name on it ? Can I not sell them ?

We are going to take the bus from Puarenga Park, if we bring inflated devices is there room for them to go on the bus or are we better to drive to the venue?

Hi! I saw that each ticket includes a bus pass, however me and my partner would prefer bringing our car. Do you know if there any parking at the beach or will it be unavailable for the duration of the concert?

Why do you allow people to buy more than one ticket if the name on the ticket is required to match their ID? There is no option to have numerous names from one purchase. I am assuming if you're with the person who bought your ticket it should be OK?

Hi Kyle, we've updated the deal now so you can 'gift one to a friend' here you can stipulate their name and choose to email the coupn to them, or just download and print it yourself (you'll find it in the Gifts I've Given' section of your purchases.
