I was trying to redeem the voucher as stated on the voucher itself, and the booking system says: "Redeem Voucher failed Voucher not found". Just reporting the issue, I will call the business directly first thing tomorrow morning.

Thanks. We got sorted the next day over the phone with Flying Kiwi Parasail directly - we got booked in on the same day. The experience and staff were amazing and we highly recommend this deal to anyone.
