Hi. I'm unable to use my voucher online. STEP 3 of 'Redemption Instructions' instruct to enter voucher barcode and PIN in the "Voucher/Promo/Gift Card" box but I'm finding that the "Gift Card" box at the payment information section doesn't allow the input of letters which are present in the voucher barcode.
This "Gift Card" box seems to be only for gift cards. Perhaps there is a "Voucher/Promo/Gift Card" box hidden elsewhere on their site?
I had the same problem with a previous voucher of the same deal - Ticket#971971.

I have a movie coupon already. It says Print and present at the ticket counter. I have printed it. That doesn't mean I then have to book online too does it?
