Hi. My last question wasnt answered so am asking again..... it says new customers only. I have had it in the past but not a current subscriber. DO I qualify for this deal or not since in the past I have tried it? Thanks.

Hi Ivy, yes you are able to cancel the subscription after you have used your GrabOne voucher.

Is there an option to get 3 meals for 4 people for 2 weeks - Classic Box. There is for the Veggie Box just not the Classic?

Why does the fine print say "Please note that your credit card will be charged full price for subsequent deliveries". Isn't GrabOne about trying a new product without any ongoing commitment?

Hi Megan; HelloFresh is a flexible weekly subscription service; after receiving your selected Boxes, you will continue to receive the same boxes for the same number of people each week, unless you cancel your weekly deliveries.
Plans are very flexible and can be paused, skipped or cancelled at any time. To cancel a subscription, log into your online HelloFresh account, click Your Subscriptions, select the box you want to cancel, and click Cancel My Subscription

What is considered a "New customers"? If you haven't used Hello Fresh in the last 6 months are you considered a new customer (I know some companies have this policy)?

Hi there, I would like to place an order of the classic box for 2 ppl for 2 weeks but we don't eat pork!!!? How can specify this in my order???

Hi there,
HelloFresh offer a meal swap option for their Classic Box customers, and their Family Box customers getting 4 meals per week, meaning if there is a recipe you want to switch out due to dietary requirements you can!
Once you have ordered your box, you can go into your account and choose the recipes.
As this is your first order with HelloFresh please contact customer care to make this change for you.
Don't forget, if you need to make any changes to your upcoming delivery that you do so in your online account by 11:59pm Wednesday.
