The whitening at Takapuna is called Pola whitening and a gel is applied by the dentist and then they use a curing LED light.

The merchant has advised that some patients experience sensitivity during the whitening , if patients are
worried about getting sensitive we recommend to use sensodyne or colgate
sensitive pro relief a week before their whitening appointment.
