You can look to grab the six person option and pay for the extra person direct to the merchant. To arrange this, please contact them on (09) 309 9514 and they will be happy to help :)

I see from a previous post you can arrange and pay for an extra person with the merchant (we are wanting 3 pax, is this at the discounted price or is the extra person at full price?

Hey Michelle - you would need to contact the restaurant to discuss this on (09) 309 9514 as this would be an arrangement made with them outside of the GrabOne deal :)

Hi. Just a heads up to everyone. I bought this voucher and tried to book in for mothers day but Mothers Day is apparently excluded. Doesn't say that on the voucher but that's what I was told. I have contacted Grab One to get my money back.

Hi Jazz from Mikano. I phoned first thing and was told it was excluded and you did have "some tables" but it was for the set menu only at $95 per head. Clearly this voucher was excluded. I have asked GrabOne for a refund given they promoted it as part of their Mothers Day email.

Adding further to your comment & discussion. We at Mikano serve 4 different menu's on daily basis and we allocate certain seating's to each menu in order to accommodate every guest needs & demands.
Guests have booked in well advance for "High Tea" for Mother's day rather leaving till the last minute. It also states very clearly on the voucher as well that booking is subject to "Availability".
Also adding more to the above the "High Tea" voucher is not advertised specifically for "Mother's Day" only. It's valid from Monday to Sunday (12 -3 pm).States very clear on the voucher.
If you were that concerned than you should have called the restaurant to check the availability rather booking it first (Knowingly you going to use it for Mother's Day and it's one of the busiest days in restaurant operations)
Once again sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Thanks for your response @Mikano. I guess the fact the GrabOne had it on their "mothers day" mail out was perhpaps mis leading. I assumed it was a Mothers Day special due to that and didn't bother checking for available times since I got in straight away and called to book straight way. I did get two or three different stories from your staff when I called/they called back so that's always annoying. GrabOne are refunding it so all good.
