Is anyone having trouble contacting this company to make a booking? The voucher says bookings are essential. I tried to make a booking by email or phone back in Sept/Oct, but with no success. If you click on the "Make a booking"tab of the website, it says "Nothing to book online - check again soon". I just checked again, and this is still the case.
