Hey Hannah, thanks for your post! All the redemption information you need can be found on the coupon that is sent to you and can be found in your GrabOne account once purchased. :)

Hey, my 8 year old was gifted a 100 min pass for her birthday on 31 Jan, only for me to find that it had expired when I tried to book for this Sunday 6th March. There was no date on the GrabOne gift voucher we were given. Can someone please get back to me ASAP as I've paid for an adult 100 mins pass so I can accompany my daughter while her gift voucher appears to be invalid. GrabOne replied to me on Friday but hadn't read my email properly. I expect to receive a reimbursement from GrabOne for monies paid over and above the gift voucher which should have been legal tender.
