Discussion: Half Head of Foils or Full Head Colour, Hair Cut, Blow Wave & Treatment - Option for Hair Cut, Blow Wave & Treatment

Deborah Hansen commented over 6 years ago Good morning. I have Brown hair but would like to go lighter with added highlights. Usually other places have done the roots the usual hair colour and then foils but I want the whole lot lighter. How much will this cost please. my hair is above my shoulders.
