Hi Giles Tours I am just wondering if your tour on Thursday 27th of July is definitely running, I have booked with another tour company but they can't confirm the tour will go ahead, so thinking I might cancel and book your tour but making sure you have bookings already for that date & will go ahead Pam.

Hi Pam, I assume you are only 2 people as my shared tours are minimum of 4 to run. I do not have anybody else booked for the 27th July but we get asked this fairly often - especially if people only have one free day. Usually it's not actually a problem and we get another booking on that day. Also just because someone else has booked for that day doesn't mean that they won't need to re-schedule or cancel so it is always a risk. However I do also run private tours and can offer clients the chance to "upgrade" to a private tour a few days before the tour date. This does at least provide peace of mind. I don't think you should cancel your existing booking but do please contact me if they fail to confirm that your tour is running in a timely manner (like about a week out).
