Entrees

• ‘Raw bowl’ ‘healthy & tasty’ - shredded raw vegetables and fruits with toasted nuts, seeds and truffle croutons. Marinated smoked tofu in sesame soy ponzu dressing
• Black pepper chicken liver mousseline pate - on grilled ciabatta with olive oil tomatoes seasoned with brandy and fresh basil
• Creamy New Orleans style shrimp chowder - served in a roasted sour dough cob loaded with shrimp, corn, bacon and smoked paprika crème fraise

• Red snapper - sautéed red snapper fillet on chargrilled asparagus with a warm salad of balsamic roasted cherry tomatoes, artichoke hearts, Kalamata olives and baby capers
• Grilled Japanese Tataki wagyu beef sirloin (marbled grade 7, 200g) -  blue seared and marinated in sesame, ginger and spring onion ponzu soy served with sweet pickled chilli cucumber
• Organic sinfried chicken - marinated in soy lemon and sesame. Coated with a spiced parmesan crust on mild
  fresh paprika, pepper and caper salsa with cherry toms and baby basil.

• Dark Belgium chocolate flan - white chocolate ganache, orange salsa, chocolate & raspberry ice cream
• Maple ginger steamed pudding - gingernut ice cream rolled in pistachio, toffee poached pear, dark chocolate mascarpone whip
• Black Doris plum crumble - with English toffee ice cream & warm vanilla bean custard
