I there - the rules mention black out dates - are these dates that the vouchers cant be used? Blackout dates 14th - 29th April.

That is correct; the 14th - 29th April is excluded from this deal, so vouchers cannot be used during these dates.

So - essentially with the school holidays - these vouchers cant be used from 29 march - 29 April?
