Hello GrabOne, I just purchased this item but due to computer issues at my end, the delivery address is incorrect. The offer purchased is for delivery on Monday 9th January. How can I correct this address for this purchase please.

Hi there, we purchased this for delivery 9th Jan however nothing has shown up and the voucher says expected delivery 28th Jan? Has something changed with the deal?

Thank you for contacting us regarding the delivery date of your GrabOne purchase.
We apologise for any confusion caused by this situation.
Our system sends out a confirmation email of each purchase, and automatically generates a delivery date for your purchase. The delivery date is calculated on the end date of the deal PLUS the delivery timeframe in days.
Please rest assured, we have confirmed with the merchant and your purchase will be delivered on 9 January for you :)
