What would the surcharge be if we have two children, ages 1 and 4? Also can the meal at Mikano be had on a different day from the stay at SkyCity as long as it's booked within the stated time limits?

I am experiencing the same issue as Evan Rockliffe. I get redirected back to the main menu screen and told the deal is closed. This is despite the page saying there is still a week left to buy the deal. I have just spoken to Skycity and they have advised that they will take my booking once I buy the voucher - which i cant do. Please help.

You will have to contact Sky City directly for their extra person rates and to check if a room upgrade will be required.
You can absolutely book the Makano dinner on a different night within the validity period. :)
