Considering buying this voucher but the comments in this section are concerning. Is the Nail Salon legit or does the owner not respond to phone calls or texts?
Buying as a gift & I don’t want to waste the recipients time or my money.

I have tried on numerous occasions to get in touch with this business to book in a time to use my Grabone voucher which has been paid for.
After several unsuccessful attempts, I requested a refund as I had quickly lost faith in the idea that the people running this business would have any sort of professionalism whatsoever.
While the cost of the voucher is not that high in the scheme of things for me, that might not be the case for the other people this "business" is ripping off.
