I had applied and activated my Onecard Visa in mid-Feb. It is now well more than 30 days since my Onecard VISA was activated but have still not receive $50 GrabOne credit as promised in the offer. Can you please advise? Sumit

Sumit Luis commented over 6 years ago We have registered an activated our OneCard for more than 2 months and still have got that promised $50 GrabOne credit. From what I can see this a pure sham.

I've had so many emails and phone calls with the helpdesk and apparently the lame excuse I get is the merchant cannot track our OneCard. They have physically sent us our VISA Onecard and we have also activated our VISA OneCard and GrabOne says the Merchant can't track us. This is just pure lies.

We will be in touch with Fair Trading / Commerce Commission to get this resolved. You don't constantly promise people that this will be resolved in a day and then constantly over the 2 months we have to keep following up.

I have had the same problem as some of these others and my $50 voucher has not been activated either.
I have had 2 calls with gem visa about it but nothing has happened even though they said the issue would be resolved.
Please can you help sort this out?

With Onecard Visa you'll get both AA Smartfuel discounts AND double Onecard points when shopping at Countdown.

Plus you'll also get Onecard points when you use your Onecard Visa everywhere Visa is accepted :)
