Thank you for your enquiry. U12's are free, with the existing bedding provided. If it were you and your partner plus 3yo I would recommend you request for a Guest Double where your 3yo child could be on the 2nd double bed and a cot for your 7mo is complimentary. If the two adults require separate bed configurations you will also need to order a rollaway bed for an additional $65. Thank you and we look forward to you and your family staying shortly with us.
