I have 2 questions, please recomend me
1. for$37pp package. Which departure time, can i book?(9:15/11:15/1:15)
2. Last 3 years i bought this deal from grabone. Unfortunately, the road to Milford Sound was closed on the day that i plan to Milford Sound.After that i hurry to contact the staff of jucy cruise. She's credit full amount to my credit card. So i would like to ask about this case. Is it the same?

If the road is closed and you can't reschedule, we will instruct GrabOne to refund your ticket. In order for this to happen you must have already made a booking with us with the Grabone tickets numbers you have provided us during the booking process. Cheers

Grahame from JUCY Cruise Milford Sound commented over 9 years ago Hi Josie, there is no real difference in the two tours other than one is an earlier departure and the other a later one. The cruise departure times are different but the cruise is the same as well as the stops made along the way. We do a pick up route around central Queenstown and along Frankton Rd. You need to let us know where you are staying in order for us to provide a pick up location and time.
