If you are one of our in-house guests we can arrange this. The pick up times from the Resort is approximate, 9.15am, 1.15pm and 4.15pm return time would be 12.30pm, 3.30pm and 6.30pm.

Kriska Waghorn:
Precaution is advised if you have high blood pressure. The temperatures of our pools sit between 38 degrees celsius and 40 degrees celsius. Definitely a great way to relax before baby's arrival.

Rachel Ma:
This package is for one person only, however, if you purchase two vouchers, you can enjoy it as a couple. Also, the mud bath is not private.

Janet Hammond:
I would recommend you call in advance(Hells Gate 07 3453151 & Mokoia Restaurant 073435100) prior to purchasing the voucher to make a booking. No refunds are available.

I would like to book for 3 People on the Queens Birthday weekend which is a public holiday weekend. We would like to book on the Saturday 3rd June? Does this apply as I believe the terms and conditions state public holidays don't apply. Is it the entire public holiday weekend or just Monday 5th Queens birthday?

I want to book for 4 people on Sun 18th June at 12 noon for the spa and 1.30pm for the meal. I don't want to get the voucher until I know this date is available as it's the only time we can come.
