I thought I'd heard Skinny was being phased out? Is this true and if so what would the impact on this deal be?

Hey Beth; we aren't aware of this at all, but I'll just look into this for you now to put your mind at rest :)

Hi Beth,
Skinny Mobile, Broadband and Direct are certainly not being phased out and continue to grow as brands day on day. They recently removed their products from the Warehouse Group due to the fact that having Skinny products in The Warehouse, Warehouse Stationery and Noel Leeming stores was in direct competition to the ‘Warehouse Mobile’ product. This has led to the misconception that Skinny is declining in certain conversations. Skinny is a reliable broadband option and is not going anywhere at all :)

I'm not too sure on the answer to this Kathleen; so I'm just checking in with the Skinny Team now.
Will be back asap to let you know :)

Hey Kathleen!
Just to confirm that Skinny don’t offer email addresses with thei Skinny Broadband, so your email address will not be affected at all :)

Hey mr gr - the offer is the same :)
We are just checking out your query now Chantal :)

Sorry for the late reply on this Chantal; the Skinny Team did get back to me instantly but I unfortunately missed their reply :(
They've advised that their Unlimited Broadband is only fixed line (ADSL/VDSL/FIBRE) so it doesn’t use a 4G wireless modem like our Wireless Broadband connections do.
Hope that helps! :)

Hi there,
I already have fibre broadband installed. If I want to change to your company, do I have to pay the connection & modem fee?

Morning Wai; hope you had a great weekend!
When switching to Skinny Broadband from another provide, you will need the Skinny Modem (yours to keep for $99) and to pay the standard connection fee of $49 :)
