Hi there, a few friends & I have brought tickets in your previous deal however they have expired. Due to the weather & our availability we havent been able to slot in a weekend to come. Can we please extend them to this current expiry date of this deal please?

Hello, If I wanted to buy for the 4 of us can I make the one purchase on my account for 2 vouchers + 2 gifts or are the initial 2 only for my use? Cheers

Hi Ciska, any extension to your coupon would be at the merchants discretion and would be dependent on whether you had made attempts to book that were cancelled etc, you can contact them directly to discuss or contact our helpdesk team on helpdesk@grabone.co.nz to assist.
Andrew, that's correct, the initial 2 are only for your use. The 2 gifts are intended as a gift.
