Hi there, it says vouchers are only available Wednesday and Thursday. are you open late on those days? (Later than normal work hours)

Voucher expires 30th September can you please clarify does treatment need to of been done by 30th Sep or just booked by 30th Sept? Thanks

I bought 2 vouchers for massages but when I tried to book they said their next appointment isn’t till October, the voucher will have expired by then. Can I get a refund?
