I am out of the country from 20th sept till end of October... Can I activate my voucher as proof of purchase before I go and then take my first class when I return and get 21 days from this date?

Hi, just now, when buying this deal, I didn't check who was logged into GrabOne account on the laptop, me or my boyfriend, and only after I paid, his name appeared on the coupon. Can anyone here help me change it from him to me please?

Hi Kelly - Our opening hours vary across the 10 clubs listed. You can check the opening hours for all our clubs @ lesmills.co.nz ... or you can let me know what club you're interested in visiting and I can post the opening hours here for you :)

Hi Leanne - Unfortunately all trials need to be used by the 15th of October. You're more than welcome to pop into one of our clubs when you're back in the country to chat about membership options though! :)

Hi Christie - Apologies I must have missed your previous comment. To activate the voucher we require photo ID so you won't be able to activate this for your friend sorry.

Hi, my partner bought this voucher but hasn't received anything regarding it via email. He's not a member but input his email as per instructions. Payment has gone out so I'm assuming it's all kosher. What do we do to get the deal sorted? Thanks.

Thank you for your reply- sorry for being difficult, but is it okay if my friend visits the club on 18th before he leaves, but activate the account from 24th? This is because if he activates it on the 18th, it only leaves a few days for him when he comes back in September. Thank you!

Hi Christie - When your friend comes in club to redeem this voucher, our system automatically activates the trial from that day, unfortunately we can't future-date the trial start date.

Hi Natalia - Most of the recipes are on our website (http://www.lesmills.co.nz/wellness/recipes/) but in your second email that you will receive next week, there will be a link to the full recipe book (a downloadable PDF)
