How many rooms would this count as - I was thinking along the 4 rooms. Please let me know. And iof so could it be done before 20th April.

It depends on the size. If less than 10 sq m then we dnt count it as separate room. Eg. If lounge and dining is there , we can count lounge, dining and hallway as 2 rooms.
