You certainly are able to use these visits for lane swimming. Just ensure you haven't had a membership or another concession pass inside of the last 12 months.

Because the last time, (long ago, maybe 1 year ago) , there is no hot water provided.

Your daughter would be able to join our facility being 16 with 6 years of fitness experience. She has five compulsory appointments with our trainers so make sure you get her all booked in when you come in to redeem. :)
