This is a 45-minute class involving hills, surges, and sprints to make sure you never get bored. Whilst Tour classes have you cruising the beautiful streets of somewhere in the world while avoiding the road rules! Traverse classes take you on a virtual tour of the world with hills, surges, and sprints.
MORE THAN JUST CYCLING
This HIIT total body workout hits your upper and lower body as well as your cardiovascular fitness. They use strength and endurance exercises off the bike and nine different 'roads' of various intensity to make sure you're always engaged.
YOGA INFUSION
This yoga-influenced session is designed to improve overall fitness and help participants realise that balance and focus in life is key.
